De felicitateurs lopen in het rond en “felicitateren” de mensen voor alles en nog wat. In vol ornaat leveren ze slag met al de handdrukken die ze moeten verwerken. Aan het hoofd natuurlijk de ‘hoofdfelicitateur’ gevolgd door zijn ‘adjunct-felicitateur’ en dan is er ook nog de stagiair bij die alles nog moet leren. Ze lopen fier in de pas door het publiek. Ze vallen op omdat ze niet willen opvallen en het publiek kijkt geamuseerd toe.

The ‘Felicitatators are walking around and ‘felicitatate’ the people for everything and nothing. The try to take care for their hands because they are shaking thousands and thousands of hands. In front the chief-felecitatator. Behind him his assistant master and in the backsite the ‘stagiair’-felicitatator. They walk like in a parade into the crowd and everybody sees them because they try to do as normal as possible. And The people… they love it.
